By using this website (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. Aurexis is pre-launch: the Site is an informational page describing a product in development, together with a waitlist form. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Aurexis and lets you register interest in the founding cohort. Joining the waitlist does not create an account, a subscription, or any obligation on either side — it is a request to be contacted when a place opens.

Features, interface screens, pricing, availability dates and any figures shown on the Site describe a product still in development, and may change before launch. Sample screens, customer quotes and statistics presented here are illustrative examples, not records of actual customers or measured results.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site
• Do not submit another person’s contact details to the waitlist
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the Site
• Do not misrepresent your affiliation with Aurexis

If you join the waitlist, you consent to being contacted about Aurexis availability and onboarding. You can ask to be removed at any time, and every message we send will include a way to opt out.

The Aurexis name, logo, copy and design on this Site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any third-party product names mentioned for comparison remain the property of their respective owners, and their use here is purely descriptive.

Comparisons to other categories of software are our own opinion, offered to explain how Aurexis is positioned. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the products referenced.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any described feature will ship in the form shown.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurexis is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may revise these terms as the product develops. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the last updated date shown above.
